{"id":7380,"date":"2025-11-17T08:13:28","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T08:13:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mosaaremaa.ee\/?p=7380"},"modified":"2025-11-17T08:21:36","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T08:21:36","slug":"mo-saaremaa-butter-named-estonias-best-butter-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mosaaremaa.ee\/en\/mo-saaremaa-butter-named-estonias-best-butter-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Mo Saaremaa Butter Named Estonia\u2019s Best Butter 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\ud83e\udd47 Our Mo Saaremaa Butter Named Estonia\u2019s Best Butter 2025!<br>On July 15th, as part of the XIX Milk Day organised by the Estonian Dairy Museum, the competition \u201cEstonia\u2019s Best Butter 2025\u201d took place \u2014 and we\u2019re proud to announce that Mo Saaremaa Butter, produced right here at Saaremaa Dairy Industry, was selected as the best industrially produced butter in Estonia!<br>Five expert assessors from TFTAK conducted the blind tasting \u2013 Rain Kuldj\u00e4rv, Helen Vaikma, Maarja Maasikmets, Irina Stulova, and Kaisa Sild \u2013 who evaluated the butters based on appearance, aroma, consistency (spreadability and water retention), and taste.<br>\ud83e\udd50 This recognition is significant, as the competition revived a historical tradition. On August 20, 1937, Estonian butter was awarded top honours at the International Butter Competition in Berlin.
